Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the members of the above-named Club will be held at Stamford Welland Academy, Green Lane, Stamford, PE9 1HE on Wednesday November 27th 2024 at 7.30pm.

AGENDA:

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Consideration of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on May 23rd 2024
3. Consideration of and, if thought fit, passing the enclosed Resolution to amend the wording of item 9 of the constitution from current wording.
4. Consideration of and, if thought fit, passing the enclosed Resolution to transfer the assets and undertaking to Stamford College Old Boys Rugby Union Football Club Limited.
5. Standing down of Chairman, President, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary
Re election of above roles in consideration of item 4 above
